Unbeatable location just off the old town, France, the city center, everything great. Nice to have a microwave, a fridge and coffee/tea making equipment available. Helpful staff and plenty of activities.

The apartment had a mind-blowing central location, with a jaw-droppingly cozy and clean interior. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with an electric kettle and cookware. The air conditioning kept us cool in the 39C weather. The off-site car park was convenient and affordable at just 10 Euro a day. The flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi were great, and the nearby coffee shop was a bonus. The apartment even had cots available, and the option for babysitting services. Plus, no pets allowed and no smoking on site. Super recommend!

the location was perfect, right in the middle of the pedestrian street with great restaurants and wine shops all around. the apartment itself was comfortable and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and a cozy bedroom. the central location made it easy for me to explore the city center and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Plus, there was a supermarket just a few doors away, making it convenient for me to grab any essentials I needed.

I did find the sofa bed in the apartment to be quite uncomfortable without any cushioning.

We loved the central location of the apartment, just a short walk to the Hotel Dieu. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean, warm and cozy. it was a perfect place for us as a couple.

We absolutely loved our stay at 12 Carnot in Beaune. The apartment's central location made it easy for us to explore the town and enjoy the nearby restaurants and sights. The three AC units kept the indoor temperature perfectly cool, even during the hot weather. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. Whenever we had questions, the host was quick to respond via WhatsApp. The option to park our car in a nearby garage for a reasonable price was also a plus. we couldn't find any downsides to this place.

12 Carnot , is a lovely apartment in the heart of Beaune. the location is excellent, just a 2, minute walk from Hotel Dieu and the city center. It is perfect for groups or families, as it comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 3 children. the apartment is well, equipped, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a simple meal. the host, Isabel, is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely come back on my next visit to Beaune. Cons: All was good 👍.

We had a wonderful stay at 12 Carnot in Beaune. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town, with easy access to restaurants and sightseeing locations.
